Hi -

having recklessly volunteered to summarize our recent calls regarding the Privacy Assessment Criteria, I offer the enclosed document for discussion on tomorrow's call.   I have attempted to break down the document structure and highlight what I think the scope, intended audience is, etc.   It appears that there are some varied understandings of what the direction of the document is.  I don't anticipate that I have addressed or clarified that direction in this version of the document, but it will at least serve as a "lightning rod" for a discussion.
