As ULX WG is not meeting physically, I propose that IDPS WG uses the free conferencing calling, to leave the hidef conf feature to ULX WG

Paul & Philippe,

In looking at the agenda in Oregon, there are a few conflicts for the usage of HiDef lines, in particular on March 10 for groups assigned to Line C.

If you look at the agenda http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/GI/Kantara+Initiative+Conferences you will see the conflicts as:

ULX - (not physically meeting in Oregon) weekly standing 1pm-2pm PST

IdP Selection - 1-3pm & 3:15pm-5pm PST

Considering recent collaborations, would IdP and ULX wish to combine their call for the first hour at 1pm?  Or, if this is not agreeable and Philippe foresees participants dialing in, would either group be willing to use one of the FreeConferenceCalling lines we originally assigned when launching Kantara?  Bear in mind that FreeConferenceCalling does not have toll free numbers - http://www.freeconferencecalling.com/free-conferencing.html

Let me know which option may work best for both groups.
