Detailsof revisions made to the CDP corporate questionnaires, reporting guidance and scoring methodologies following its initial publication. This document will be periodically updated if further revisions are made (PDF).

The process is simple, just 4 steps - and takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Get started with some initial information, read through the pre-donation materials, answer your health history questions and print, download or email your RapidPass to yourself, and bring it with you.

The Red Cross works to ensure that the blood and platelet donation process is as safe as possible for donors and patients in need. We need to start by confirming some information. RapidPass may only be completed on the day of your donation. Please acknowledge that you are donating today:

Please take a few minutes to review the following materials. Once you've reviewed them, check the boxes to confirm your understanding. If you have any questions, our staff are happy to help when you arrive for your donation or you can call 1-800-RED CROSS.

To ensure the safety of blood donation for both donors and recipients, all volunteer blood donors must be evaluated to determine their eligiblity to give blood. The final determination will be made on the day of your donation at the blood drive or blood donation center.

If you choose to print your pass, a laser printer is recommended. If you plan to pull up the pass on your mobile device, please ensure you have received and can open it on that device before coming to the drive.

I was wondering if Juniper has a Questionaire table or something alike that we can send to our customers once they have a switching requirement. A lot of them just send that they need a switch that has 24 or 48 port but later on, we discover that they wanted it to support PoE+ or Redundant, Virtual Chassis, MACSec, etc...

instead of asking a generic questionaire i would go about this a bit differently. I would first either know what they have as an installed base now or find that out. then look at utilization of what they have and from that data you can get a idea on a upgrade path that includes growth and on top of that you always want to be able to be able to go to at least the next level of interface (such as being able to go from 1ge cross or uplinks to 10ge as an example). Also many customers have say a instll base of ex4200's. You shouldnt be selling them more ex4200's as they are somewhat eol so move to the 4300 instead as its got a much longer life expectancy in hardware and code. its a lot easier for a customer to justify adding 4300's in the mix rather than say ripping it all out for a qfx or something in a completly new product time. always leverage what they have now unless its all complete junk or eol . and at same time make sure there is at least 2 years before your recommendation goes EOL becasue they will be very unhappy to find out they cant get a support contract on thier 1 year old gear that is not being supported in a near timeframe.. also if it was me designing it i would make sure there is a path to 10ge as its growth is gonna keep accelerating.

You're right about being aware of the growth and EOL in addition to providing the customers with the latest products. But I was focusing on general questionnaires for daily quote requests that still aren't mature deals. It will be very helpful for daily tasks.

e-QIP is a web-based automated system that was designed to facilitate the processing of standard investigative forms used by DCSA and other Investigation Service Providers (ISP) when conducting background investigations for Federal security, suitability, fitness and credentialing purposes. e-QIP allows the user to electronically enter, update and transmit their personal investigative data over a secure internet connection to a requesting agency.

Applicants can only access the e-QIP system if they have been invited to do so by an appropriate official at their sponsoring agency. Individuals cannot pre-apply for a security clearance, nor update their security questionnaire unless granted access by an appropriate agency official.

Your initial point of contact for account lockouts, challenge question resets, forgotten usernames, technical support, as well as guidance on completing the questionnaire should be your local sponsoring or employing agency human resources, personnel security office, or individual that instructed you to access e-QIP to complete your investigation forms.

Note: For Military and DoD local security or human resource officials: The VRO Knowledge Center is not able to view e-QIP or help with access to e-QIP for applicants whose e-QIP questionnaires are not initiated/managed within the Defense Information Security System (DISS).

Phone support for Personnel Security Clearance Inquiries to include e-QIP are closed until further notice. For assistance with Industry Pin Resets: HANG UP and Call the Applicant Knowledge Center at 878-274-5091, or; Email DCS...@mail.mil and for all other PCL related inquiries, please email the Personnel Security Clearance Questions Mailbox at dcsa.ncr.dcsa-...@mail.mil

Agency users needing access to the administrative and request processing side of e-QIP must access the system via the NP2 Secure Portal. An e-QIP User must have an NP2 Portal account. If you need an NP2 Portal account, you must contact your agency's NP2 Portal administrator. If you need an e-QIP account in order to process investigation requests for your agency, you must contact your agency's e-QIP User manager or administrator. DCSA does not have the ability to provide you with an account.

DCSA provides training to agency users with the skills necessary to navigate through the e-QIP system. DCSA also provides training additional staff at their agencies on the functionality of the e-QIP system. For a listing of the latest classes provided please see the DCSA Agency Training page. Classes are currently conducted in the Washington, D.C. area.

If an agency's e-QIP administrator is unable to access the e-QIP agency website or experiencing technical problems, please call DCSA's System Liaison at: 878-274-1171 or DCSAEq...@mail.mil. (This number is not for use by applicants).

Every e-QIP agency user has specific functions and responsibilities that correspond to e-QIP roles. A minimum level investigation must be completed and favorably adjudicated prior to granting user access to e-QIP. One person may be assigned multiple roles as needed. If an agency user has multiple e-QIP user roles, the corresponding highest minimum level investigation is required for access to e-QIP. If an agency user's e-QIP responsibilities change and thus necessitate an e-QIP user role change, the new minimum level investigation requirement applies. DCSA does not request or require any particular grade or series to fulfill these different roles; however, DCSA does offer guidance.

Must have, at a minimum, a favorably adjudicated Moderate Risk Background investigation (MBI) or Tier 2 investigation if in a Public Trust position, or a National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC) or Tier 3 investigation if in a National Security position, which must be on file with DCSA (Minimum of Tier 2 with this role).

Have you ever been asked what you charge for food photography services before getting any details about the project? This happens to me all the time. But, I never talk money before getting more information about the photography project. In order to provide a fair estimate, I recommend asking these photography questions first.

Image usage is very important in food photography, because food images are used for commercial use unlike wedding photography where the images are used for personal use.

In a nutshell, clients pay a food photographer for the photo shoot and post-production/editing timed (this is the creative fee). But, they also have to pay to use the images (this is the image usage fee). The more images the client wants, the longer the shoot will take. The more usage the client wants from the images, the more expensive the images can become.

Knowing how the images are being approved is going to help you determine how the photo shoot process will go on set. Some clients will want to be involved every step of the way and others will prefer to be more hands off.

Sometimes, the client will want to review and approve the images as you shoot. The best approach for this is to shoot tethered, which means your camera will be hooked up to a computer monitor so you and the client can see the images as you go. Usually, this approach results in less images, because it takes more time to review, adjust and approve each image as you go. This scenario is more common when working with food brands or when doing photo shoots remotely.
