Kanso get started for newbe

Hi!

I try learn Kanso using https://caolan.github.io/kanso/guides/getting_started.html#starting_a_project
but I have problem in first step:


kanso create myblog

I see message "create is not a valid command" I use latest versions of Kanso and CouchDB. How I can resolve this issue?

I have problem in this step:

http://kan.so/docs/CouchTypes_forms

I replaced this:

new Form({first_name: fields.string(), last_name: fields.string()});

With:

new Form(person);

and after this I got error on post submit:

    "error": "method_not_allowed",
    "reason": "Only DELETE,GET,HEAD,PUT allowed"


}

How I can resolve this issue?
