I'm sorry for the delay as I had to check this with the team. Please add the postcode for the address of the bank where your account is registered. Let us know if this doesn't work and our team will assist you further.
If you no longer have access to the device or email address where you receive your one-time verification code (for example, if you got a new phone or your email address changed), you can log in to your account by entering your usual email address and password.
Then, instead of entering the one-time verification code, enter your backup code. We gave you this backup code when you set up your USCIS online account. You would have seen an image like the one on the right. This is an example; not your real backup code.
I've just tried editing some entries on a site I was working on last week with no problem, but today when I try to save my changes I get a white page with Please enter a search term in the search box (upper right corner).
I've tried editing a couple of other pages that use different templates and they've saved OK, so it's only this one, which I added some new fields to last week, and which was fine when I made those updates, which is now throwing this error.
You've definitely got something including that file somewhere, somehow. Otherwise you wouldn't see the text that it is outputting. Here's a shot in the dark, but do you have Adrian's 404 Search Results Generator module installed? That module loads your search template when a 404 occurs. If something on your admin page were generating a 404 (like a missing css file, image file, etc.) then it's feasible it might load that module, which would make it output the text you've described?
I uninstalled the module and instead got taken to the site's 404 page. The entries I was trying to edit contained a link to a Google Map. With the link in place, I got the error, but if I removed from the link, the entry saved OK.
@Tyssen - sorry for the issues with my module - I have just pushed a new version to exclude PW admin pages - its hook on ProcessPageView::pageNotFound won't be added if not viewing a page on the front-end. This should be a nice improvement in general, but should also solve part of your issue. Please let me know how it goes.
Now onto the bigger issue of the google map link causing a 404 - can you please give us more details - what field type are you using for the url? Rather than removing the entirely, what happens if you change it to ?
There is only a password field, so I enter the password for my Apple account and click on Sign In. It then presents a message saying "You must enter both your Apple ID and password. I click on Try Again and it takes me back to the first message.
When my friend used my invitation link to sign up for Dropbox, the website keeps showing "Please enter a CAPTCHA response" but there was no CAPTCHA test to respond to. This issue did not show up when she tried to sign up directly (no through the invitation link), so I lost the 500 MB space I should have earned.

Thanks. What I want to know is whether Dropbox actually block the friend referral function on purpose. If this no CAPTCHA test problem generally exists for friend referral registration, I certainly do not want bother my friend to sign up for Dropbox.
my friend had the same issue when trying to use the invitation link i gave. She used various browsers like chrome, internet explorer, dolphin etc. on 2 different laptops and 2 mobile phones but the captcha just didn't appear. perhaps it's a relatively new issue cos another friend managed to successfully do it in Nov 2017.
I am having this problem as well. We did try Chrome, Firefox, and IE. Then, we tried Chrome in incognito mode. All produced the same result. I attempted to use your email form but couldn't complete it correctly because it is not any of devices causing the issue.
When you click on the link, it auto fills the other user's name and email address. It asks for a password and has a check box to approve of the user agreement. Nothing else appears on the screen except the Accept or Apply button (I don't recall which you use). When you try to create the account, it comes back with a message that you must enter the Captcha response.
When you registered for a personal my Social Security account, you identified either your email address or cell phone number as your second factor for authentication. Each time you sign in to your account, we send you a one-time security code to either the email address or cell phone number you provided when you registered for your account. You will need access to that second factor as you go through the steps to reset your account password.

Lastly, please Choose the Tools menu in the upper left then select Account List. Click Edit next to your account, then choose the Online Services tab at the top and provide the connection type being used.
You will be taken to your Login.gov account page or the government agency you are trying to access. You can add additional authentication methods, email addresses or update your information on the Login.gov account page.
Hello @photolarryg and everyone else,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can certainly understand how receiving security codes that you have not been requesting is pretty frustrating. A sure-fire way to fix this is to update the email address you use to login with PayPal. I would also recommend updating your password just in case that has been compromised as well. Hopefully by updating your login information, whoever is trying to login to your account won't prompt a security code to be sent to you.
I just had the same text, but then I had a follow-up phone call from Ohio (I'm in UK) saying "Hi this is Paypal. Please enter your security code. Clearly someone is going through two stage i.d. and then phoning in the hope that I will give them my clearance code. DON'T respond to the phone call.
The problem he has is that when he asks a question, he gets an error message saying "please enter at least one tag", despite the fact that he has included a tag into tags field. He says that he has the same problem when posting on meta.
I did what was suggested in the comments, I tried with another browser (IE) and it worked, I still don't know whether it was because of browser extensions or not, many thanks to my friends who helped.
If you are experience issues logging in with your NY.gov username and password, you can call 888-209-8124 to file a claim over the telephone. If you cannot log in and you need to certify for weekly benefits you can certify for weekly benefits with our automated phone system by calling 888-581-5812.
An email address you use regularly and one that you do not share with anyone else. For example, you cannot use your husband's or wife's email address; you must have your own. This is very important, because the system allows only one NY.GOV account linked to a particular email address.
First name and last name: please be aware that you will not be able to change the name you enter, so please enter your correct, legal name.
With this additional layer of security, users will be required to use a second authentication method to access unemployment information, certify for benefits, and take other actions related to UI through their online accounts. By using an MFA-protected application, even if someone were to guess or steal a username and password, they still would not be able to log in without the second factor.
If you received this message when attempting to access Unemployment Services, it means you previously used Unemployment Services online. The NY.gov username that you used previously is now linked to your Unemployment Services online and you must sign in with that username, no other NY.gov username that you might have created will work with Unemployment Services online. If you know the email address that was used to create the NY.gov account you used previously with the Department of Labor you can try to recover your username using self-service.
