Friends --

I asked at the information center with the city (411) about recycling. She told me that the plastic yard signs can go in the regular curbside recycling. 

Of course, if you want to use them for wall posters or art projects or a backboard to cover with paper for other yard signs, that's fine They're yours now.

As for the wire stands, you can re-use them for another yard sign or otherwise dispose of them.
