On Missouri Amendment 7, whose real purpose of banning ranked choice voting was hidden under a non-citizen non-voting provision, we regret to report that the state legislature's trick worked: 

Yes: 68%

No: 32%

Now the out-of-state big money people can over-ride this with a petition drive for their idea of how to do things, but we ordinary Missouri citizens have no more say.
