If there's no objection, I think we should switch to groupspaces. I
can transfer email addresses over one by one typing in lots of
captchas (is this really my only option, google?), or people can just
go sign themselves up:

http://groupspaces.com/KCRUsersGroup

The new email address for the group is KCRUse...@groupspaces.com.

I posted my text mining/word clouds from last meeting there:

Thanks to Bob for the meeting space, and we might come back there
again, but I think we'll try switching back the the plaza library
large meeting room for the next meeting. Anyone have a topic to share
on February 25th at 2pm?

Thanks,
Madelaine

Thanks, Madelaine.

Groupspaces looks fine to me. I went ahead and joined.

I probably should take a turn and talk about something. By Feb. I could
come up with something, perhaps something about voter registration data? Or
unexpected correlation of social security numbers with time for the last 20
years or so -- especially for small states like Kansas.

Also, thanks for the info about Google Scholar. I think they finally will
accept me as a "verified" person.
