We have received quite a bit of response to our emails about investing in properties for cash flow. Specifically properties in the Pittsburgh market that we rehab.
We currently have 4 properties available for sale that will give the investor a guaranteed cash flow of $200 or more.
We will pay you, the investor, $200 per month for 24 months if you purchase one of our properties. You will also have an initial equity position as well. The above amount does not include any cash flow you receive from the tenant.
So if you receive $100 in cash flow from the tenant, that is in addition to the $200 we will pay as a rent credit for 24 months.
Three of the properties are single family homes and 1 is a duplex.
