I'm sick of flag waving uber-patriotic nationalists pissing and moaning about illegal immigrants. Brian, stop with the "house-guesting" bullshit. It adds nothing to the conversation, except to show your ignorance. 

That said, it's time for you and the Stephen Miller crowd to explain to us how we're going to facilitate the removal of 10-20 million people. 

They aren't all Mexicans; so we can't just drop them across our southern border. So how do we get the Guatemalans and Ecuadorians back to their countries? And how do we identify where they came from? Personally, if I left Ecuador because of poverty and gang violence,, I might try to pass myself off as Mexican. 

So do we FLY them back home? Horribly expense. Buses? Trains? And does Mexico just let us ship these people by land through their country? 

I'll start letting people stay in my house when you come up with reasonable logistics that DON'T included cattle cars on trains or cattle truck trailers. And please come up with an estimate of the COST. 

Time for the rubber to meet the road. Forget the political bullshit and explain simple logistics. 

You want them gone; tell us HOW.

What did we do after WWII? Still doesn't tell us how YOU plan to do it today. 

Details, please. So far you've made clear what you want to have happen. But details have been lacking. 

And  please estimate the bill for doing this. 

And tell us how we can identify the nation of origin of UNDOCUMENTED people. As I suggested people who were threatened in their country of origin might want to pick a different destination. Mexico could be really popular.

We can encourage self department. So far with little effort or cost 3/4 of the illegals who have left have done so voluntarily. If you want to find out more about how I would do it, put me in charge. Pass the Brian is in charge bill.  Don't read it, just pass it so ypu can find.out what's in it afterwards, like the ACA bill.

For every illegal we deport we can expedite the process for one legal immigrant. We can let in far more people than we do already, legally. No radical Muslims or Communists need apply.

My family voted for Adlai Stevenson. I remember sitting with my grandmother watching the returns. I was 9. 

So again you tell us nothing. Back then the immigrants were almost all Mexicans. Getting them out was just a matter of tossing them over the border.

Brian, when I said "fuck you", I really should have said "FUCK YOU". Here's a Wiki article on Operation Wetback. Basically it will tell you that everything you think you know about it is bullshit. First off, it wasn't 3 million Mexicans deported; try removing a "0" from the number. The 3 million was actually 3.4 million LET IN to the US under the Bracero initiative. 

Second, the US and Mexico had a decades long relation over Mexican laborers. Turns out that both countries needed them. There was a kind of ebb and flow of Mexicans across the border, both legal and not. But when it came time to send then back, the Mexican gov't cooperated by moving them around their country to places where needed. 

So basically, your numbers a plain wrong. Your analogy to today is even more wrong. As I said, back then they were ALL Mexicans. AND the Mexican gov't cooperated with the US.

Just for fun and perspective, I Googled how many passengers travel through the world's busiest airport. Turns out it's about 300K per day at Atlanta's airport. That's the number that Operation Wetback did back in the '50's. But today's numbers of potential deportees is like 75 times that many. 

Now we're talking real numbers.
