ICE whistleblower testifies- agents poorly trained, TOLD to violate USC

Well this isn't good. ICE agents have had about 30%  of their training hours cut. They aren't getting proper firearms training. They aren't getting training in legal process. They ARE being told that they can enter private homes without a warrant. 

This is Gestapo training to be sure. Add to that the some of the recruitment ads have CLEAR references to Nazi Germany. On NCIS there are "Gibbs Rules". One is that there is no such thing as a coincidence. ICE is recruiting thug and giving them marching orders to disobey the LAW. 

But if it makes you feel safer, all's good, right? Gotta get those Hmong grandfathers out of our neighborhood.

I completely agree that all law enforcement officers should be competently trained and ready for the job before being released into the wild so to speak. 

I can't speak for the specific deficiencies of any agency or program. I will say that any law enforcement agency needs to have regular professional development even after graduating from the academy. 

The first year or 18 months on the job should be with a training officer ,ideally.

I'm glad you see the point. These goons have like 400  hours of training and do not work with a FTO. 

Their performance, IMO, speaks for itself. But the fact that the training discusses entering home without warrants is a serious issue. 

The whistleblower,  if trusted, says that agents were essentially taught to violate the USC, specifically 4A. 

These are lawless thugs being led by lawless goons. 

Saw a photo of Dan Bongino, he of the Gestapo overcoat, doing a Nazi salute. 

Glad he's elsewhere now. Between him and Noem, with her makeup and getups, they look like they're playing dress-up.
