James Comey indicted...............again. This one is a travesty

So the alleged "crime/threat" is that Comey spelled out "86/47" with sea shells. For this he gets indicted for threatening POTUS. Anyone with a brain that functions should know that this is protected "speech". Any sensible judge should toss this with a stern lecture to the OOJ for  their frivolous and clearly targeted prosecution. 

The term "86" has been around for about a century. It has fairly clear and accepted meaning. In restaurant parlance it means to get rid of a food  product that is no longer usable. In bar/restaurant parlance it refers to tossing out a drunk or unruly patron. NOWHERE does it imply a threat of harm. It's the equivalent of me saying that I want Trump out of office. That's protected speech, by any interpretation of 1A. 

This is the result of a POTUS who is a vindictive, panty-wadded snowflake who has weaponized the DOJ to do his bidding. It's sick and sad. I hope that the judge sees this for what it is and tosses it. The good news is that many of Trump's stupid cases have been tossed quickly. Hoping that this one follows.
