Yeah; this is the arc of civil rights now in the US. Remedies for past wrongs are now going to be ruled invalid. Basically the courts are going to rule that the playing field is now level and that nobody should be offered a corrective edge. 

When these cases get to the current SC, we can predict that the above notions will be  upheld. 

So, Black/Brown/other people, congratulations; you are now equal. Justice Alito will explain this to you. Or maybe Clarence the Clown will speak out while on a multi-million dollar yacht trip paid for by his billionaire "friend".
