Urban scavengers curb carbon, take care of trash

I'm imagining this in NYC during a garbage collectors strike. Hyenas on Fifth Ave. And since they aren't unionized, yet, trash pickup will be cheaper. 

No carbon emissions from the trucks, less CO2 from decomposing trash. What's not to like. True, hyena shit smells really bad; so there's that.
