So now the boat is sunk and the people aboard are dead. Trump says blah blah blah. But how do we know that there were drugs on board? How did the admit know? How did they "know" that the passengers were cartel members?
And even knowing all that (doubtful), what justifies extra-judicial execution. They could stoop the boat, arrest the people in board and seize the contraband.
Or, since they were in international waters, maybe they could have obeyed the law. The boat had even turned back. How did they know where it was headed?
What is the distance between this and shooting drug dealers on American soil? That's what they did in the Philippines. And China. MAGA.
Even Republican Rand Paul thinks this is bad stuff.
Drug smugglers do not come under the umbrella of foreign soldiers deserving a military response; except in MAGA world.
