Trump is making the definition of who to target so loose that it can include basically anyone who speaks out against him. That includes fat white truckers who dare to disagree with him. And he's organizing the military to carry out  his directive

I call it Nazi-adjacent. The article calls it Orwellian too. I can buy that. 

But to call it not alarming is serious capitulation and a grave misunderstanding. History is screaming its lessons (multiple ones) at us. Best to pay attention.
