Parts of this hearing are on many sites. This is apparently the complete hearing. You can scroll through and watch first person testimony from VICTIMS of ICE thuggery. These are Americans. No murderers, no rapists, not even any criminals, and none here illegally. But they were assaulted for ZERO reason. They were in their cars, trying to leave an ICE raid that they accidently came upon. Others were stopped for no reason; except perhaps because they were too brown.
Don't bother reading my texts; watch the victims tell you themselves what happened.
Apparently current law does not allow federal agents to be sued in civil court for rights violations. Only city/county/state agents. The law permitting civil suits is about 175 years old. It needs to be amended to allow civil suits to be brought against ANY gov't agent who violates citizens' rights.
And of course Trump will likely issue pardons for all ICE agents to prevent criminal prosecution. But that will require NAMING them; and it will require them to stipulate having committed a crime.
Americans are rapidly coming to grips with the nature of these events and recoiling against them. Those who are still okay with this are declining in numbers; and as the evidence piles up, becoming more clueless.
