Trump had intel that predicted Iran's aggressive resistance

These two articles spell  out pretty clearly Trump's total idiocy regarding Iran. 

Intel made it clear that Iran would not capitulate easily if at all. But according to his pea brain, the US has already won. But pea-brain also says that the US should stay and "win more". 

And then there's Russia; which is clearly aiding Iran in KILLING US military. And of course with oil at $100, Russia is making out like bandits economically. 

And our closest allies are telling him "No, nein, non, etc about committing to military presence in the SoH. 

One of France's leaders put it best when he said that helping the US now is like buying a ticket  on the Titanic after it hit the iceberg. Vive la France. 

And multiple Arab nations are pissed that they have been targeted by Iran with some success, damage and deaths. And now Israel has suffered >dozen civilian deaths. 

It's a rousing success, I must say. But since we've "won" Trump has laid the groundwork for leaving any time he chooses. Perhaps another TACO moment coming soon?
