Trump commits war crimes every day

Every time he opens his mouth he's committing a war crime. Threatening to "obliterate a civilization" just isn't kosher. When he says that he wants to TAKE Iranian oil, not kosher. The spoils of war is no longer how things work in the world 

And so on. 

He's a multi-time criminal. Crimes of many sorts. And he continues every day that he speaks. MAGA my ass. It's MRTA. Make Trump Richer, Again.

That can be a crime even in Fat White Truck Driver Land. 

Nobody, even in the article, suggested that Trump has yet committed a war crime. But he's laid out a  pretty clear plan that would be crime

But actually, some of what's been done gets really near the line, perhaps over the line, for war crime. Blowing up a school is just not kosher. The level of criminality is determined by how it happened. Accident? Bad intel? Did Iran use the school as cover like Hamas does? But on its face, it was some type of criminal event. Will it every be looked into? Not in our lifetime.
