Wow what a sad story for the little girl

I got a bit confused reading this. Imagine how those involved feel. I would have wished for some DNA testing to see if the Afghan adults were related to the baby. That would have cleared up a lot, no matter the results. If related they had a good claim to the child. If not their claim vanishes. 

It's sad when all the players seem to be motivated by good intentions. Also sad that the players all seemed to try various shortcuts. to get what they wanted.
