ICE changes policy on vehicle stops

Well that took a minute. Back to "normal". 

I kind of wonder why ICE needs to stop people in their car. Can't they just go to their house and arrest them there? The hidden assumption here is that ICE is treating these people like hardened criminals. The VAST majority are nothing more than undocumented immigrants, that being their only crime. So these car stops just add unneeded risks. 

But in Trump world, any retreat is unacceptable. So back to business as usual. 

We could take bets on when the next shooting occurs.
