Medical chatbots are wrong 50% of the time

I have a really cheap tool for being right half the time. It's called a quarter; or a nickel if you want to save $.20. 

So, can you sue a chatbot for malpractice; or is this a more sophisticated internet bullshit that needs to be ignored? 

Looks like I still have a job.
