Energy dep't cuts grants to blue states

Saying the quiet part out loud. Energy admits bias based on how states vote. This is corruption at the highest level. 

I remember when Obama was giving a SOU speech and someone called out "You lie". Obama was of course his extremely gracious and composed self. But what he also DIDN'T was take money from that Congressman's district. He could very easily sent a couple of million dollars to a neighboring district, thereby not punishing the whole state. It would have sent a powerful message to the congressman. But it didn't happen. 

But Trump and his clown car have no trouble doing it, out loud and proud. 

Corruption done in plain view is still corruption.
