Nothing provocative here, right? Turns out that they show up regularly. But this is right after the US assured Ukraine of more aid. Timing means something. 

Dave, this is a good time to resurrect your NAP notions of how to deal with Russia. I don't think it will work, ever. NAP requires buyin from all parties. Ain't gonna happen with Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, etc. We've extended olive branches to NK and Russia. Hasn't worked.
