Well that makes sense; since health risks are why we deal with pollution in the first  place. 
But aside from the bullshit, there's the blatant duplicity. While easing pollution standards, they say that the EPA's goal is still to "protect human health and the environment". 
But this ruling alone allows 10X more of one pollutant than under Biden.
But hey, this will improve our productivity; and that's all that matters. 
I recall photos of East Germany after the Berlin Wall came down. It was ugly, dirty, polluted, while West Germany was pristine by comparison. Maybe we can get to looking like E. Germany given time. Trump has three more years to trash things here in 'Murica.
