I thought it a little surprising that an Oregon jury found a Maga supporter not guilty of assaulting a anti Trumper.

Well Brian, what you have failed to understand, and continue to do so apparently, is that progressives tend to have a good sense of justice. And they  tend to like it to be applied evenly to everyone. So "mutual combat" of this nature just doesn't amount to a crime. And if the  phone were  on the other foot, the outcome would be the same. 

Now, only if ICE  agents could get that same sense of justice. That would be a good improvement. Maybe they could take lessons from the progressives.
