This is good; but I thought that SCOTUS just ruled about this kind of stuff in favor of plaintiffs, not the regulatory agencies. I'll be confused.
But Clarence the Clown still wants to visit this issue, as well as Gorsuch. For now, though, OSHA remains; and it's probably one of the largest regulatory agencies around.
SCOTUS gets it right; blind pig finds truffle. But Clarence gets it wrong, again.
