SCOTUS rules in favor of Jan 6 rioter

And another shitty ruling from the same clowns. 

They decided that many Jan 6 rioters were not engaged in obstruction of a federal proceeding. Apparently the statute talks about destruction of official papers, etc. 

But the second part of the statute CLEARLY says that what transpired on Jan 6 was obstruction. 

Again these clowns don't rule with any philosophy such as originalism. They pass repeated rulings that match a political ideology. 

Time to expand SCOTUS to 12 members. The next three need to appointed by a Democrat. That will balance the books. It will also prevent one person majorities. And if Reps don't like it, appoint more members. And for God's sake, impose term limits and an enforceable code of ethics. Clearly a necessary step. This particular clown car is clearly on some kind of power trip. Clarence is the greatest beneficiary; but Roberts is driving the car.

This ruling is a serious carve-out for the Jan 6 rioters. You can make book on the fact they won't be so kind to other rioters, such as BLM protestors. In fact, they've already made rulings much less favorable to other rioters/protestors. 

And their rulings likely are moving toward giving Trump his get out of jail free card.
