Serious question. Where did all the genocide in Gaza protestors go? Or does Soros not care to pay for protests against a real terrorist genocidal regime?

Maybe they finally took G's advice and stopped wasting their time
Big difference is that the Israel/Gaza issue  involved two separate political entities. It also involved JEWS, always on people's short list of groups to diss.
Also, the US supports Israel, both politically and financially. No such relationship with Iran.
The Palestinians garner sympathy, no only for the recent events, but for their long relationship with Israel. It takes a really hard look at the politics of Israel/Palestine, going back to 1948 and even beyond that. Even after learning all what did and didn't happen it's still a cloudy mess.
Also, there's a huge power dynamic involving Israel and Palestine, of which the US is large part.
As for Soros, you could have mentioned Bill Gates and Pritzker too. All odd bedfellows here. But as is often the case you missed much of the nuances here. These men support a variety of organizations that advocate for human rights, etc. Those orgs have shown support for Gaza citizens, who can certainly be looked upon as victims. But the reality  is that Soros is several degrees removed from the particular orgs that support the Palestinians.
Suggesting that Soros  is directly involved is an anti-Semitic trope, one of many often aimed at George.
It would be like you donating to United Way and finding out that they gave money to a group that advocates for trans athletes.

I already posted an article regarding this. This salient point doesn't involve Soros; but instead Trump's promise to intervene if there is killing. Well, the killing is here; where's Trump? And do citizens of the US want OUR name and dollars on some military intervention in Iran? We've been squeezing Iran for years; it doesn't seem to work. Military intervention might depose the Ayatollah; but no clue as to what would happen next. More broken China.
