Homeland Security uses administrative warrants to target Americans

I'm sure that this won't bother BK at all. After all, it's LEGAL. 

But many people in Homeland/DOJ can issue these warrants, with no judicial oversight. Basically it allows them to harass people who exercise their 1A right to complain about the gov't. The example in the article is really grim. 

Talk about stifling free speech. 

Talk about authoritarian overreach. 

Talk about a Hitlerian tactic.
