Judge orders agents to avoid gassing trick-or-treaters: In a hearing over the Trump administration’s excessive use of force in Chicago, a federal judge ordered Border Patrol commander Gregory Bovino to ensure that federal immigration agents do not deploy tear gas near trick-or-treaters tomorrow. “Kids dressed in Halloween costumes, walking to a parade, do not pose an immediate threat to the safety of a law enforcement officer,” the judge said.

I guess we'll have plenty of left over candy this year.
