How lovely. Food banks users are often also Medicaid recipients. Since there are cuts to Medicaid as well, these people are going to be stuck between eating and getting health care. 

'Murica being made better one bitch slap at a time. It's really hard to keep up with the amount of absolute evil that this admin rains down on vulnerable citizens. 

Citizens and non-citizens alike are being assailed on multiple fronts. 

The amount of food not being delivered amounts to 94 million pounds. That would normally feed a few dozen fat white truckers for a day or two.
