Good point, Dave. 

But, as one looking in from the (very far) outside, do religions need to evolve in a way that might dilute their core message? What about gay ministers? Society has certainly moved in a more inclusive direction; does religion need to follow suit? 

Judaism does this differently; feel free to convert.
