Stephen Miller leads Trump's reign of terror

People in the WH are afraid of Miller. They think  he is almost de facto President when it comes to immigration policy and domestic use of military, etc. ICE director and Homeland director answer to him and are subservient. 

Miller seems to really enjoy this stuff. He actually gloated over deaths/injuries to people getting arrested, even if they are legal citizens. When these events are pointed out he accuses those who point them out of using the events as emotional blackmail. 

He's unleashed, and evil. And Trump loves him.
