Actually Trump can't close another country's airspace. But it's a serious threat to a sovereign nation.
Is it an act of WAR? So far he's done this, and sent a seriously large naval fleet to the Caribbean, and killed about 80+ people without any proof that they were actually running drugs.
If a nation did this much to us we would retaliate and perhaps call it an act of war. But we're the bully of the Western Hemisphere; and nobody gets to tell us what to do
