Trump closes Venezuela's airspace

Actually Trump can't close another country's airspace. But it's a serious threat to a sovereign nation. 

Is it an act of WAR? So far he's done this, and sent a seriously large naval fleet to the Caribbean, and killed about 80+ people without any proof that they were actually running drugs. 

If a nation did this much to us we would retaliate and perhaps call it an act of war. But we're the bully of the Western Hemisphere; and nobody gets to tell us what to do 

Trump is talking about bombing Venezuela  and maybe "putting boots on the ground"

Is THAT an act of war? Will the US House  assert any of its authority? Nah. Jellyfish can't be goaded into action. They just float in the water.
