Revised Assignment for April 17 (3)

Dear all,

I regret to announce that I was assigned to business trip to China for my work leaving this coming Sunday. Unfortunately, I won't be able to do my project this coming week though I was under preparation with all the excitement. On top of it, I already have assigned to one more travel next month which not allow me to join May meeting on May 15th.

I am very sorry about my absence again. Hopefully I will see you all in June. If any available spot, please assign me speech project in June. 

As for the secretary role, do let me know what I have to order online please so that I can work remote.

I'm very sorry for your cancellation of the speech, though it can't be helped.

TM OKada gave us email telling her cancellation of making a speech on 17th as you were also informed  of it.
