Dear officers,
I forgot one thing. Last year we also gave 図書券(¥1,000 each) for the members who attended all the meetings. I had been suggested to get them at the discount ticket shop. However, I couldn't find such a shop here in Nagasaki and I bought with the sticker price.

Dear TM Nakamura and the old officers,
By my understanding, you have bought some 図書券 for the award of perfect attendance in June?
Is it correct?
Or did you tell us about the fact you bought last year?
If it is so,
could you please tell me how many 図書券 you have got and send me the receipt

I think I sent the email to ask everyone to tell me the details as I am making the financial report of 2015-2016.
If you still keep any receipt, please let me know asap!

皆さまへ
旧役員の皆さま、一年間お疲れ様でした。（日本語ですみません）
うっかりしていて松岡さんの最終会計報告をきちんと見なかったのですが、50周年の打ち合わせの際に
役員と委員会メンバーとの合意として、毎年5,000円をイベント用に積み立てるという決定事項に至ったと思います。
金額は、5,000円確定というわけではなく、無理ならたとえ数千円でも…となったと思います。
山中さんには、個人的な申し送りでお願いしていましたが、念のため、役員の皆様と委員会メンバーに再度の確認依頼をお願いします。
大きなイベントが終わってしまえば、とにかくホッとして「のど元過ぎれば…」的なことにならないように、強く願います。
イベントを企画する立場の人が、今回の委員会メンバーのような寂しい気持ちにならないように、少しでも余裕を持って取り組めるように長いスパンで会計を更新していただけますようにお願いします。
突然のメールですみませんが、今一度2015-16年度の会計を締める前に確認をよろしくお願いいたします。

結局、今年も全回出席の方には図書券をお渡しするのでしょうか？
今年は該当者はいらっしゃらないのでしょうか？
私の見たところでは、井上さんがただ一人全回参加だと思います。
この図書券はどなたが用意されるのでしょうか？
その領収書を私の方へいただけるとありがたいです。
昨年はSECRETARYの中村さんが6月21日に購入されたことになっており、昨年6月分の支出として計上しています。
もうどなたか用意されていますか？
それとも今年はなしでしょうか？
私の6月中の詰めが甘かったこと、申し訳ありません。

I do not remember clearly how I did, but I think I was reimbursed in June 2015 as we gave the 図書券 at the first meeting of the new Toastmaster year (July 2015). unfortunately I cannot find the receipt, but I am sure everything was taken care in the Toastmaster year of 2014-2015.

Perfect Attendance の件ですが… 私もおそらく皆勤のはずです。
井上さんは、一度お休みされていませんか？ （間違っていたらすみません）
出欠確認は、本来Minutes 作成のSecretary の役割だと認識していましたが…過去のMinutes をチェックすれば良いのでは？
2015-16年度は、Perfect Attendance は無しとするのもアリだと思いますけど…(笑)
これは、山中さんのご判断にお任せするしかないのではないでしょうか。
すみません、出しゃばってしまいました。（汗）
