コンテストの件、例会のハイブリッド計画の件、色々とお疲れ様です。

agendaを拝見して、追加等の連絡です。

既に3回ゲスト参加されているRogerさんは入会予定です。私もアクションが少し遅くて…今頃、確認しているのですが…（汗）

Inductionの予定を追加してもらえますか。お願いします！おそらく中華会館に来られる予定ですが…それは、再度確認します。

それ以外にゲストが多分2人です。1人はオンライン参加希望です。もうお1人は、これから確認しますが、参加はOKです。

Rogerさんへの会費の件ですが、小西さんからの会費徴収のメールを転送して、入会金（5000円）の件も伝えます。小西さんもCC入れますので！

小西さんは、今月は中華会館へ来られますか？オンライン参加なら、彼に振込する旨も追加で伝えます。

新会員へ渡すバッジ、まだありましたよね？当日、用意をお願いします！

メンバーのアドレスリストは彼が入会後にアップデートして、全員へ送る予定です。

Dear Kansai TMC members,

I hope you're all somehow enjoying the new year under the cold weather and COVID-19.

We will soon have our in-house international speech contest this Sunday.

Although it's a little bit late, let me announce the contest and request something.

First, please see the attached agenda and check your role.

The second one is for contestants, the contest chair and the president.

As we hold the contest online, we'd like to hold a briefing in advance this Saturday Night.

So, please join the briefing (online) at 20:00-20:30 on 1/16 (Saturday).

The last one is submission of documents.

For contestants, please submit the following two documents by the end of this Saturday.

(Please print out the document, fill the necessary portion and scan or take a photo of

 them, and send the copy (picture or PDF) to me.)

 1. 1183 Speaker's Certification of Eligibility and Originality-ff

 2. 1189 Speech Contestant Profile-ff

For voting judges and a tie-breaking judge, please submit the following document.

(The way of submission is the same as contestants)

 1. 1170 Judges Certifications of Eligibility and Code of Ethics-ff

Also, I attached the tally sheet and the time record sheet.

I will serve as a Chief Judge, and I will get tally counts and time record by communicating

with timers and a vote counter via Zoom chat or email.
