【Kansai TMC】Travel Subsidy (Confirm by June 10th)

Dear Officers TM Yoshikawa & TM H. Yuki,

Could you kindly check the list of travel subsidy of this fiscal year?

Basic principles are

/Half of travel expense is subsided by the club if you take any roles in contest (including contestant) or go to officers' training as an officer

/If you also hold other positions and attend officers' training or contest also as that position, the amount of subsidy is reduced to half (or one third)

/If the venues are Hyogo, Osaka, Kyoto areas, there is no subsidy.

 

In particular, I'd confirm the following points.

/The attendees (and also places) for 2nd officers' meeting may be wrong. The number of the attendees is 5 from WHQ's report. Could you check?

/TM Amano, as far as I understand, you are an officer of Kobe Club. Is it correct?

/TM Yoshikawa, as far as I understand, your travel expenses are subsided by District. Is it correct?        

I'd be grateful if you reply by June 10th (Fri) when you find something wrong.

TM Nakamura,
I couldn't find Fukuoka station in Yahoo information, so I checked it as Hakata station.
If I am wrong, could you please give me the right amount?
