Dearest officers of Kansai TMC,

Thank you so much for continuing hard work for the club, especially last Sunday.
I'm deeply sorry about it and again please accept my apology for the confusion I caused.
To my surprise, looked like none of you are mad at me.
I really appreciate your kindness and helping.

Since my PC is back and I tried to make a meeting summary on the day.
Please find the attached file and take a look at it.
I'm afraid I might have missed writing rather important issues.
So if you find or notice such things, let me know as soon as possible, please!

I hope from now, everything will go more smoothly and nicer.
