Subject: Renewal of Annual Subscription of WGSN Fashion and Lifestyle & Interior Section.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please refer to your email dated 17^th March, 2017 and 7^th November, 2016 regarding renewal of annual subscription of WGSN’s Fashion and new subscription of WGSN’s Lifestyle & Interiors section  amounting to USD 13,580/- in total  for all the NIFT Centers.  NIFT is pleased to place the subscription order for WGSN trend services Fashion and Lifestyle & Interiors.

 

1. The subscription of WGSN’s trend service Fashion for all Resource Centers of NIFT will be for a period of 12 months (1^st January, 2017 to 31^st December, 2017) and subscription period of WGSN Lifestyle & Interiors section 9 months (1^st April, 2017 to 31^st December, 2017).
2. Payment will be released after receiving confirmation for continuous access of WGSN’s Trend service Fashion and activation of new service Lifestyle & Interiors section in all the Resource Centers of NIFT.
3. You have no objection to deduction of taxes at source by NIFT as per Govt. of India’s taxation policy.
4. Unlimited and unrestricted access to WGSN’s Fashion plus Lifestyle & Interiors section will be provided through IPs of NIFT campuses and user id and password in all the NIFT Centers.
5. The representatives of WGSN will communicate all the details about the database access management to the Heads/In-charge Resource Centre of all NIFT Centers and the undersigned.
6. Usage statistics of subscribed services shall be provided to the Head/In-charge, Resource Centers of each centre and undersigned on demand.
7. All complaint of NIFT centers about WGSN may be attended within 48 hours.
8. Any change in terms and conditions of service may be informed to all the Heads/In-charge Resource Centre and the undersigned.
