Staff,

We were facing difficulties to get an updated Time Table. The TT which are with principals, staff room or class rooms are always "outdated". The reason is, staff update their individual TT and do not update the master copy, in fact there is no master copy also.

• An updated TT is very important for substitution duty.
  
• To know which staff is free, so we can discuss etc etc.
  

To overcome this problem, we have made a centralized TT --> "Time Table 2012-13" and have provided "view option" for the entire staff.

This Time Table will be in effect from Monday, 11 Feb 2013.

If there are any discrepancies seen, here is the process:

• If there is overlap of 2 teachers in a single class, the teachers should get it resolved internally and update it in the centralized TT with the assistance of madam Kala.
• Bring to the principals notice only if there is an workload issue and don't drag principals attention for petty issues
• All discrepancies seen, should be resolved by Saturday, 16th Feb.

Some more points to add:

There should not be any floating hard copy of TT seen.

• Principals and staff should use the systems for any reference to TT
• A hard copy of the class timetable is affixed in all the class rooms.
• A hard copy of the staff TT is provided only for reference and not for sharing.
