Staff,

There were NO updates from the following sections in the "Assignments To Communicate" spreadsheets

• 4C, 6A, 6B, 7B,
  

​Does it mean there were no HWs/Messages to be communicated to parents​ (ie Staff whose students are studying in our Institution).

The rest, I could some updates, believe these were messaged to parents​ (ie Staff whose students are studying in our Institution).

We have to start interacting with parents using "EducompOnline" 

Phase 1:

• In this phase, we have to start circulating group messages like HWs, Assignment, Test TimeTables  etc to parents
  
• In this phase, we will interact with only teachers "whose children" are studying at our Institution.
• The HWs are sent via emails using "EducompOnline" 
• For Eg: 5A
• There may be 2 HWs on Monday
• The subject teachers have to type the HWs / Messages in the "5A_Assignments To Communicate" spreadsheet
• After the school hours ie at 3:15 pm, the class teacher copy pastes these messages into a single mails and sends it to the parents
• Note, a parent may receive a max of one message/day
• Phase 1 will be from "24 to 28th Feb 2013"

Phase 2:

• Phase 2 starts from "1 March 2013"
  
• In this phase, we have to start circulating group messages to parents.

We will observe the interactions every week and will incorporate the leanings accordingly.
