Good evening.
Last week, we were discussing questions. Here is the summary.
yelli / eelige: where
yellige / eelige: where to
yaava: which, yaavudu: which one
yaavaga: when
yeenu / eenu: what
Another term used in questions is 'yaake'; why.
Examples for using it:
1. niinu ninne email yaake maaDalilla ? Why didn't you email
yesterday?
niinu: you (singular) niivu: you (plural)
ninne: yesterday. remember: monne: day before yesterday, naaLe:
tomorrow.
yaake: why
maaDalilla: did not do. similarly, koDalilla (did not give). baralilla
(did not come). hogalilla (did not go).
