Job Description:
TECH Sr. Engineer :
• 5+ Years’ experience with knowledge on agile / iterative development
• Strong knowledge on Visual Basic, MS-Access, & Linux
• Strong knowledge on database concepts –DB2, Oracle, etc
• Strong Analytical, presentation and reporting skills
• Ability to gather and document product enhancement and new feature requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Ability to clearly communicate with different groups including product and development managers, development and QA teams
• Ability to handle tasks independently with minimum guidance and work in a distributed team (onsite-offshore) environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work on multiple tasks and demands simultaneously
• Produce business documentation required for product releases
Preferred - Nice to have:
• Prior experience in unit or black box testing
• Experience or knowledge in Healthcare domain
• Experience in using Rally software
