Android custom view for displaying KanjiVG svg files

Hi All

I put a demo project for an Android CustomView for displaying KanjiVG
files. It parses the SVG file and displays the output as an animation
in a custom view.

Source is written in Kotlin and it should work on devices running
Android 4.4 through 11.

I also have an app on both Amazon and Google that uses the view although
the app only displays the Kana. You can down a free version of the app

I really appreciate the work you guys put into these SVG files.
