New font based on KanjiVG

Hello,

I made a colored font based on KanjiVG and inspired by the Anki plugin kanji-colorize and the playwrite font.

It's mostly for our homeschool work, but I put in on Github in case it's useful to anyone else:

Thanks for letting us know, I've added it to the projects page. Since everything under "Other" was actually a font, I've renamed that to "Fonts".

I also checked for dead links and moved pages with a script. It's mostly up to date now.
