Removing 0ff10 to 0ff5a from the repository

User ospalh copied the ASCII files into code positions 0ff10 to 0ff5a in this commit on 4 March 2015:


These are duplicates of the ASCII characters which already exist in the usual locations. It might make sense to do this if we wanted to cover the entire JIS set of characters, but in fact KanjiVG doesn't cover much of the non-kanji/kana parts of the JIS set of characters, such as Greek and Russian letters, graphical symbols, and halfwidth katakana. 

What's more the above graphics are not any different in shape than the ASCII characters, they're just duplicates, so they don't fulfil any need for wide ASCII. 

Would there be any objection to removing the duplicates from 0ff10 to 0ff5a from the repository?
