I looked at lesson 101 and sort of followed along, I downloaded
Heisig's book, or the Story part at least and will read it next. and I
will get a pen in hand when I go through the lesson again in hopes
that something will stick, either through memonic or muscle memory.
You mentioned a pdf or is it a google doc? anyway, I couldn't download
anything from the link as you probably knew.
