Across the Kansas City metro, teachers of science, geography, and technology and those facilitating informal STEM education are looking for inspiring ways to engage learners in real inquiry, using cutting-edge technology.
Sponsored by the University of Kansas, Center for STEM Learning, this no-cost, half-day workshop will use Google Drive, student smartphones (BYOD), geo-enabled web content, and ArcGIS Online to design and create custom classroom or group collaborative research project for students. Educators completing the workshop will receive a complimentary, digital copy of " Tech Enabled Field Studies" and a one-year "Publisher" account in the Center's new ArcGIS Online Organizational account.
